PLEASE Contact Us before shipping a return. Include your order number, reason, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Most products* may be returned for replacement or store credit, less any shipping charge(s). Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date. Refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit or a Gift Certificate.
* Food items, including coffee, are non refundable. We can not accept returned food items. If you are not happy with your purchase please Contact Us so we may try to resolve any issues.
We try to accommodate all shipments to US, Canada, and Mexico. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some products are intended for sale within Arizona. If you are physically located outside Arizona, please verify any local and state regulations prior to placing your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
